How we handle your data.
We treat your data the way we’d want ours treated. Written in plain English, no lawyerly hedging.
The short version
We collect only what we need to work with you, we never sell your data, and we protect what we hold. If you’d like anything deleted at any time, email privacy@sketchbrain.in and we’ll action it within 30 days.
1. What we collect
When you contact us: name, email, phone, company, and the details you volunteer in the enquiry form. When you visit our site: basic analytics (page views, referrer, device type) via privacy-first analytics. When you become a client: billing details required for invoicing.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you’ve engaged us for, invoice correctly, and improve how our website performs. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
3. Who we share it with
A small set of trusted processors: Google Workspace (email/docs), Stripe (payments), and Notion (project management). All are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade data with anyone.
4. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies for the site to function, and a privacy-first analytics cookie (Plausible) to understand which pages are useful. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Email privacy@sketchbrain.in and we will action it within 30 days.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: 24 months. Client project files: 7 years (regulatory). Anonymised analytics: indefinitely. You may request early deletion of any of the above at any time.
7. Security
Data is stored on encrypted-at-rest infrastructure inside the EU/US regions of our processors. Only current Sketch Brain team members with a need-to-know access it. All accounts require MFA.
